SPLA

manageNET offers the Microsoft Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA). SPLA is a licensing program that enables service providers such as manageNET to provide a hosted offering to license Microsoft products on a monthly basis enabling us to provide services and hosted applications to our end customers at greatly reduced pricies.

Whats in it for you?

  • No Upfront Costs or Volume License Commitments
  • Most Current Product Versions - You have access to the most current versions of products available in the program
  • Pay Based On Usage - Monthly usage-based cost means you pay only for what was made available the previous month

Why pay for licensing that you are not even using?

manageNET's application delivery framework coupled with SPLA can simplify your Microsoft licensing burden, while saving you money by ensuring you only pay for the licensing you are using, month to month.

There are many advantages to using SPLA licensing, including no upfront capital cost, always being entitled to the latest Microsoft software and updates, as well as Microsoft support.

Microsoft SPLA licensing is only available through hosting service providers like manageNET

Use Rights

Licenses offered by manageNET under the SPLA program are non-perpetual (or subscription) licenses that can be used during the term of the agreement. There are two licensing models available : (1)Per Subscriber: A Subscriber Access License (SAL) is required for each unique individual user or device that is authorized to access or otherwise use the licensed products. With the SAL option, a separate Server License is not needed. (2)Per Processor: Each Processor License allows an unlimited number of users to access the software that is installed on that processor for products licensed through a per processor model.
